NREM is an experimental platformer that explores the cognitive distortions that can accompany depression and anxiety. 

_I awaken in the morning feeling happy by allowing myself to be happy and enthusiastic about life_I inspire others to be happy as well_my heart is the pearl, overflowing with joy_I have fun with most of my endeavors I look at the world around me and hope for tomorrow_the higher you bounce, live for today_I find joy and pleasure in the most simple things in life knowing you are the sunshine_Learn from yesterday, all is well in my world_When you can’t find the sunshine, be the most mundane_The world is your oyster, The harder you fall, and feel joy_I can’t help but smile I can rest in happiness when I go to sleep_
